Coupon Classes

Do you teach classes? Are you considering teaching classes? I personally love teaching. There are different types of classes that you can teach. From my experience and from other bloggers these are some of the types of classes:

Basic class- teaches how to use coupons (sales and coupons together), how to find coupons (printables, newspapers, coupon clippers), coupon ethics (not to clear shelves, using the coupon for what it is intended for), and how to organize coupons.

Advanced class- teaches how to shop at specific stores in your area (different policies)

Store specific classes- some may teach how to shop specifically at Target, Walagreens, CVS or other stores. This helps to break it down for students and make it less overwhelming.

Drug store classes- This class is for those who understand the basics of couponing but do not want to do grocery store couponing. Maybe they do not eat processed foods but want to know how to save on other items. You may also make this class a basic class explaining the way coupons work and adding how to shop at drug stores specifically.

Charging for classes is completely up to you. There are coupon classes that cost anywhere from FREE- 25$ from what I have seen. You will want to check with your state to see what guidelines there are for teaching and making an income off of the class. You may need to register as a business or have other laws to follow.

I have also seen some classes that are free of charge but ask people to donate a  non perishable food item so it can be given to the foodbanks.

Please feel free to email me @ couponbloggercentral@yahoo.com with any other class ideas or information and I will be sure to post it on here with your blog and name to give you credit for your information.
